More Information

We have a FIR from Sunlighten that patients may choose to utilize as an addition to their wellness plan.

This is offered by special appointment only, please talk to us if you are interested!

A sauna session includes 20-60 minutes of relaxing in the sauna directly followed by a shower. Showering right away is necessary to rinse off the remaining toxins on the skin. Typically 1-4 sessions per week depending on the condition being treated.

It is very important to be well hydrated before and after a sauna treatment, and to have eaten a light snack prior. Typically patients are nude during the sauna session to allow toxins to fully sweat out of the skin, but wearing a swimsuit is also an option.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring 3 regular sized towels, a hand towel, a light snack and a large water bottle.

BEFORE: Taking chlorella or charcoal beforehand will help absorb some of the toxins and reduce "detox side effects."

AFTER: We suggest drinking coconut water and having some sea salt after the sauna to replenish minerals.
